Guillaume Lopez (1989) began his design journey under the mentorship of François Bauchet and Éric Jourdan at the Saint-Étienne School of Art and Design.
His early years were shaped by his collaboration with the leading brand of Christophe Delcourt, where he developed a passion for elegant finishes and refined color palettes. This foundation led him to Toronto, to the renowned multidisciplinary design studio Yabu Pushelberg, where George Yabu and Glenn Pushelberg offered him the opportunity to contribute to exclusive projects worldwide.
In 2022, he started a new chapter, establishing his own studio in the French Alps. There, he develops his creations, blending his past experiences with his current inspirations, combining state-of-the-art manufacturing techniques with natural materials. His design philosophy is rooted in the power of collaboration and shared passion.
Designing for Guillaume is not just about creating aesthetically pleasing objects, but also engaging in a dialogue with forms, materials, and craftsmanship. His unique creations emerge from these harmonious dialogues, reflecting his sensitivity while evoking emotion and amazement.
After the successful launch of the Claude and Silva collections with Linteloo in 2024, Guillaume Lopez begins 2025 with a series of new creations and collaborations. In January, he unveiled a collection of objects for When Objects Work at the Maison&Objet fair, where craftsmanship and materiality take center stage. In April, his ELIO lamp, edited by Ligne Roset, was presented at the Palais de Tokyo, while his new Pasha sofa for Linteloo made its debut at the Salone del Mobile in Milan. Each project reflects his ongoing pursuit of a delicate balance between emotion, sophistication, and the sincerity of form.

Ses premières années ont été marquées par sa collaboration avec Christophe Delcourt, où il a développé sa passion pour les finitions élégantes et les palettes de couleurs raffinées. Cette expérience l’a conduit à Toronto, dans le renommé studio de design multidisciplinaire Yabu Pushelberg, où George Yabu et Glenn Pushelberg lui ont offert l’opportunité de contribuer à des projets exclusifs à travers le monde.
En 2022, il entame un nouveau chapitre en fondant son propre studio dans les Alpes françaises. Il y développe ses créations, mêlant ses expériences passées avec ses inspirations actuelles, en associant des techniques de fabrication de pointe avec des matériaux naturels. Sa philosophie de design est enracinée dans le pouvoir de la collaboration et de la passion partagée.
Concevoir ne se limite pas à dessiner des objets esthétiquement plaisants pour Guillaume, mais aussi à engager un dialogue avec les formes, les matériaux et l’artisanat. Ses créations uniques émergent de ces dialogues harmonieux, reflétant sa sensibilité tout en évoquant l’émotion et l’étonnement.
Après les lancements remarqués des collections Claude et Silva avec Linteloo en 2024, Guillaume Lopez signe une année 2025 riche en créations et en collaborations. Il dévoile en janvier une collection d’objets pour When Objects Work au salon Maison&Objet, où l’art de la matière dialogue avec le geste artisanal. En avril, la lampe ELIO, éditée par Ligne Roset, prend place au Palais de Tokyo, tandis que le nouveau canapé Pasha, imaginé pour Linteloo, est présenté au Salone del Mobile de Milan. Autant de projets qui traduisent une même recherche : celle d’un équilibre subtil entre émotion, sophistication et sincérité des formes.
